Time to crochet…
- Start by chaining 2
- 1st Round – Crochet 12 DC {double crochet} in the first stitch. It will be a tight fit, but it will work out fine. Join the top of the first DC with a SS {slip stitch}. This will complete the first round.
- 2nd Round – Chain 2. Crochet 1 DC into the same stitch. Then 2 DC into each stich all the way around. There will be 24 stitches total. Join the top of the first DC with a SS to complete the 2nd round.
- 3rd Round – Chain 2. Crochet 2 DC into the top of the next stitch. Crochet 1 DC into the next stitch. Crochet 2 DC in the next stitch. Repeat the pattern of 1DC in a stitch and 2DC in the next stich all the way around. DC into the SS you joined with on the last row. You will have 36 stitches total. Join by using a SS to connect to the top of the first stitch. Easy Peasy!
