This time of year I find myself looking through so many tutorials for handmade gifts. I have always loved making gifts for friends and relatives for Christmas. I usually bake a variety of cookies, and then I make this and that until the list is complete. I enjoy finding great tutorials that give me the confidence to try new things.

While reading Craftzine I came across this free holiday mitten pattern from oliver + s. You can even make an advent calendar using this pattern. I think they would be so cute topping a present!
Felt Snowflakes by Purl Bee. I think every person on your list would love one of these!
Buttercup Bag Sewing Pattern at Made by Rae. It’s fabulous and I love the name. {One of my dog’s is named Buttercup.} What a great gift!!!
Art of Green Recycling has great tutorials using everyday items. There’s recycled sweaters, bottle caps turned into art, and beautiful tea towels…I LOVE TEA TOWELS!
Molly Monkey from mmmcrafts! You can download the sweetest pattern ever on her blog. I want a Molly Monkey!!! I found this on Domestic Cents…she has a great post with 50+ ideas listed! Wow!
A Birdie Advent Calendar Tutorial on One Hour Craft. There’s also a cute and easy scarf tutorial that you won’t want to miss.
Design Sponge will show you how to make these wonderful pillows. I know it would be hard not to make just one! One for you, one for me. 🙂
